- Enrollment Phase Steps [pdf]: This document is for you, the SOS Campus Partner. It will hopefully help keep everything straight as we work with a number of different documents!
- Pre Service Overview [pdf]: Ideally, this is the PowerPoint that the students will view (on their own) before you schedule the In-Person Orientation with them.
- In Person Orientation Sign In Sheet [pdf]: This will be signed by every student who attends the In-Person Orientation. Every student who is enrolled in the program must have attended an In-Person Orientation and have signed the sheet.
- In Person Orientation [pdf]: This is the PowerPoint you will show to the students interested in becoming SOS members.
- Member Agreement 2012-2013 [pdf]: This document is a lengthy, detailed document that is briefly addressed in the In-Person Orientation PowerPoint. Please encourage (perhaps at your orientation?) the students to carefully read the entire document.
- Enrollment Packet [pdf]: This packet contains all of the forms that need to be filled out in order to enroll a student into the SOS Program.
